To join our waiting list please download, complete and return our application form to a member of staff. You can also pick up a hard copy of the form from us. Please return your completed form via email at admissions@stthomasplaygroup.co.uk or in person.

Please think carefully about your ability to get involved in the running of the pre-school as a parent before applying for a place for your child.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee a place at St Thomas and we do not take length of time on the waiting list into consideration when allocating places. Most places will be offered in May for a September start. However, places can become available throughout the year.

Admission Deposit

If you have been offered a place at St Thomas Pre-School and decide to accept it you will be asked to transfer an admission fee of £200 to the pre-school account. Your place is only secure on receipt of this payment. We cannot offer a sibling or twin discount. 

Subsidised Places

If you have been offered a subsidised place on the '2-Year-Old Offer’ your non-refundable admission fee is £20. You will be given one free hour each week to top up your 15 free hrs to make up 4 full days. If you wish your child to attend 5 full days you can pay £15 for the extra day. This needs to be paid at the start of the week.
